A three-day foundation holiday for all breeds, led by Sam Davis — an experienced gundog trainer, competitor, and Open-level handler based in the UK.

If your dog is starting to come together but consistency is still hit and miss — recalls strong in some situations but shaky in others, retrieving there but not reliable, steadiness a work in progress — this is the right level. The focus is on building the foundations that hold when it actually counts.

You'll work across our 15-acre Mid Wales grounds on marking, memory retrieves, and confidence across varied terrain including grassland, woodland, and water. Cold game sessions are included where conditions allow. All breeds welcome.

Shot exposure is beneficial but not mandatory at foundation level. Onsite accommodation is available to book separately.
