A three-day foundation holiday for all breeds, led by Gemma Cox of AC Gundogs — one of our lead trainers with extensive experience working and competing with gundogs.

Foundation level is for dogs and handlers who are building consistency. If your dog is starting to come together but things are still a bit hit and miss — recalls strong in some situations but not others, retrieving there but unreliable, steadiness still a work in progress — this is the right level.

Over three days you'll work on marking, memory retrieves, and building the kind of reliability that holds across different situations. Training takes place across our 15-acre Mid Wales grounds including grassland, woodland, and water. Cold game sessions included where conditions allow. All breeds welcome.

Shot exposure is beneficial but not mandatory at foundation level. Onsite accommodation is available to book separately.
